Please keep in mind that I'm human, not a printer there might be small imperfections due to the make-up/mods being handwork. I will do my best to replicate my digital sketch but I can't make a perfect copy.I only work on legit 1/3 anime dolls may it be vinyl or resin (DD, SMD, Obitsu, Imomodoll...).I will only do anime type make-up in my own style, please do not ask me to copy another artist.Feel free to give me references from original characters or existing characters from games, drawings, mangas, animes, just don't use AI !I'm best at doing serious, soft or mature type of make-up, cute is not my strong point.I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel I'm not the right artist for this commission or if the customer has previous bad feedback.Additionaly I can order for you Imomodoll heads directly to cut the cost (25€ for a Canis head, other models available) and might be able to order some DD blank heads (65€ if available) but be aware that EU Shops aren't well stocked.Make-up will take between 1-2 months maximum depending on complexity and external factors (humidity, personnal situations) to be completed, I'm disabled so there might be some days where I can't work on commissions, thank you for your patience.

Payments

All payments are to be made via PayPal in Euros, PayPal fees are not included in my commission price. All PayPal fees that applies to the transaction are yours to cover and will be included in the final price (example: 60€ make-up +2.50€ PayPal Fees = 62.50€).To reserve a slot you need to pay 50% of the price before shipping your doll and the other half after I received it.Payments are non-refundable and final, this includes if you change your mind.I don't accept returns unless there's an issue with the doll in the first 24 hours you receive it. If it happens contact me so we can find a solution, otherwise it's considered improper handling/care by the owner and cancels the return.

Shipping

Shipping outside of Europe has to be discussed I can go to my local post to give you a quotation, be aware that any customs fees will be your responsability when shipping to me and receiving back your doll.I am not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. If this scenario happens I will do my best to assist you with this issue.Send the doll on time and well protected as I will reuse these protections when shipping it back to you.For paint work the doll can be sent partially disassembled, sending it disassembled cost less since the package is smaller. Be aware that if you chose to send it to me disassembled I will sent it back in the same state as I won't have a big enough package to sent it assembled.
